This is a tribute to Paul Harrison Hunt also known as Merty.
Paul was stabbed to death on 24th July 2003 on the doorstep of the house he had lived in for 20
years.
Paul was stabbed through no fault of his own and his killer pleaded guilty to murder and was
sentenced to life in prison with an order to serve a minimum of 12 years.
12 years is not justice as far as we are concerned we have a life sentence which wont ever end we
have to carry on despite the hurt and pain that we face every day.
Paul was the life and soul of everyones party there was not ever a dull moment with him around he
was so funny and cheered everyone up.
He was very popular and lived his life to the full. he would start partying on a friday night and
finish monday morning (and still go to work!)
He was a massive city fan, football mad! He just loved life altogether.
He is missed so much and has left a gap in many peoples lives.
LOVING YOU IS EASY WE DO IT EVERY DAY, MISSING YOU IS THE HEARTACHE THAT WILL NEVER GO AWAY. IF

Happy xmas babe i remember the christmas's we shared and the presents we gave each oter i still read your cards you loved xmas it was a none stop party remember when podge rang me from the fir tree the xmas b4 you died and asked me to come 4 u as u were steaming drunk.....when i got there you were rolling round on the floor haing a fight with the chair....oh happy days.......!!!! visit us all tonight wont you and wherever you are i hope you are enjoyin xmas too love u forever jo xxx
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY
7 years ago today we first kissed at james the landlords leaving party at the wheatsheaf. We spent the night chatting i didnt get home till 5am!!
we got together soon after this but we always celebrated today as our official anniversary.
You were actually quite romantic i still have all the cards and teddys you used to buy me (remember that huge lion that says i love you on it!) i will treasure them all forever.
Although we were only together 4 years out of these 7 before you died i treasure those years through the good and the bad through the rough and the smooth you were my man and i loved you and i still do so much it hurts

sorry not been on for a while but been really busy with uni and the kids havin a shit time in work maybe you could come and haunt my bosses.
James really misses you he is turning into quite a character with stupid grins that i have seen in someone else so you are a reminder to us all as i am sure he has your spirit
mum is not too bad but the pain of losing you will never leave her until she is rejoined with you. Katie is great she has a big exam next year so she needs to start revisin now if she wants to go to grammar school. They are growing up really fast but they dont fight like we did no punches are thrown or slaps or hair pulling they just bicker and then i feel like punching them i am sure we torchered mum with our fights. but she still loved us unconditionally. Do miss you keep mum and the children safe you touched so many people in your short time here and you will not be forgoten by so many more Love always your little big sis x
